Any Holiday but Christmas
September 2015
"Any Holiday but Christmas" was the challenge suggested by Terry. As usual the challenger leads off the presentations.
This spring time holiday sometimes requires wearing a warm scarf; St. Patricks Day can be blustery.
There is even a shamrock pattern in the lace areas.
Ronnie picked St. Patrick's Day too. Oh the wearin' o' the green!
Such wonderful colors. And superb design sense.
Darby did a wonderful rug for Halloween. Makes you want to wish for cooler days and falling leaves.
Don't you just love the Soumak treatment at the ends? Fabulous!
Leila choose Valentines Day. How about that for a gift for your Valentine?
And as usual done with her great taste and flair.
Sue picuted the 4th of July sky fireworks with this table runner.
She was thinking of the time she saw fireworks through the branches and leaves of some trees.
Barbara tried this tapestry techniques to celebrate St. Valentine's day .
The chopstick loom was a creation of Archie Brennan and it works very well here. Such fun!
