OUR GROUP CHALLENGES
"Amazing Lace"
"Amazing Lace" was the Ronnie's challenge.
Ronnie once again showed her mastery of chenille. How does she do it? A winner each and every time.
And the lace pattern works so well here!
Terry has woven this pattern many times and every time it comes out different. He calls it "Midnight Lace". .
This time it was woven in bamboo with laddar hemstitching to trim the ends.
Claudia showed the pattern she thought would work and her samples. She feels they did not do what she wanted. But we say she created someting quite wonderful here.
And it looks lacey. A sucess in our book.
Carol created this spectacular scarf responding to the challenge. Lacey indeed it is.
And, as usual, done with impeccable craftsmanship. Superb!!!
