Random Warp any Structure
February 2016
"Random warp any structure" was the challenge suggested by Ronnie and so Ronnie begins the show.

Ronnie says she likes to gather all her colors and pick them at random to go into the warp. Great colors.

And her superb weaving shows off the colors very well indeed.

This "picture" by Darby is really unique. However did she get those shapes.

The answer can be seen when she lifts up the framing mat. That's balsa wood she used for weft. What a gem!

Along with some cotton in the warp Terry include some ribbon and some novelty "railroad track" yarn.

It was woven in a crepe weave.

Leila did this spectacular scarf. We love the sequins.

There is not mistakeing this for anyones work but Leila. Always beautifully done with all sorts of different yarns.

Barbara had fun with all the different colors in the warp. She said she was emptying her bobbins.

The waffle weave on these towels will make them very thirsty. Luck the person that gets them.
